Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of graphics can I request?

We will design anything you need except logos, books longer than 4 pages, or websites. If you need one of the above-mentioned items use the contact form to contact us for a custom quote.

Can you use an image I found on Google?

No, we do not use copyrighted or trademark designs in our work. We can try to design something similar to what you are requesting but we want to ensure your business is protected from a copyright/ lawsuit.

Can I get a refund?

If you have tried one of our monthly plans and feel like we are not a great fit, no hard feelings. As long as it's within the first 30 days we will refund your first payment.

Can you design a logo, book, or website as part of my monthly plan?

Unfortunately, due to the amount of time and energy it takes to design a custom logo, book, or website, we cannot design these as part of our monthly plans. If you enjoy working with us then we would be happy to give you a quote and work on your project as a separate job.

Do you have contracts?

No, we do not have contracts. If you have a monthly plan, we ask that you let us know before your next billing cycle so we can cancel your subscription.

How many active requests can I have?

You can send us as many requests as you like but we will work on one design at a time unless you are on our Premium Unlimited Plan. Then we will work on 3 active projects at a time. Once a design has been submitted for review we can add your next project to our design queue.

Do we get the source files?

If you are on one of our Unlimited Plans we would be happy to provide you with the source file. Just let us know and we will send it over once the project is complete.

What file types will I have access too?

We use Adobe Creative Suite so you will have access to PSDs (Photoshop), INDD (InDesign), and AI (Illustrator) files. For most of your projects, we will send you a JPG, PNG, and/or a PDF. At this time we do not have the ability to turn these files into Word Doc's, Pages, Google Doc, etc.

Can I add another user to the account?

Yes, you can add as many people to your account as you want. We recommend you have a point person to ensure communication remains clear.

How do I submit design requests?

We use a software called Clickup. It's easy to use and helps keeps us organized so we design your graphics in a timely manner.

Can I request revisions?

Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your design so if you need an edit or change we would be happy to fix it for you.

What is included with website updates?

It includes making sure your website and plugins are up-to-date. We can add products to your store, switch out images and text, create forms, link social media. It does not include a website redesign or major design changes.

What is the average turnaround time?

You can expect your design drafts back within 2-3 business days. If you need a revision, we will usually get it done right away and you should have it back by the next business day. Either way, we are making sure we meet your deadlines.
